Chris Nisbet, Chairman of Albany Assets said: "It's been more than five years since I started working on the building, so it's been a long slog".
Albany Assets scooped the coveted 'Best Residential Development' Award, for the Albany Building and Barry Owen, Chairman of Mason Owen won the Achievers Award.
This is the third award Albany Assets has won, and at this time its the biggest so it means a great deal.
