Braidwater commence their first UK commercial development - Paramount Business Park, Huyton, Merseyside
Development rising in Liverpool ready for 2008
Irish developer Braidwater has chosen Merseyside in which to commence their first UK mainland commercial development.
Braidwater have been one of Northern Ireland's most prominent developers for 20 years and have been key in Northern Ireland's regeneration. Included within recent major projects undertaken are the redevelopment of a 12 acre mixed-use site in Londonderry which now incorporates a 70,000sq m Sainsbury's Store (the first built this Millennium), and 'Meadowbank Walkway' - an award-winning riverside cycle/walkway - and a new Radisson Hotel in Limavady.

The first phase of the speculative 21 office units at Paramount Business Park, Huyton, will be completed in June 2006 and will provide 32,276 sq ft (2998 sq m) of Grade A Office space.
