Yorkshire house on Tithebarn Street is due for a face lift.
Yorkshire House, Tithebarn Street in Liverpool city centre has been acquired by a development partnership comprising Arrowcroft, Faircroft and Ethel Austin Properties and will be totally refurbished to create 25,000sq ft of quality office space.
The distinctive limestone building was originally the headquarters of the Yorkshire Building Society but has been unoccupied for some years.
The property is situated at the core of Liverpool's commercial district adjacent to the new Unity development and close to Old Hall Street with its easy access to the Moorfields Merseyrail station. Parking is available at the adjacent New Hall Place car park and on-street.
The development partnership marks Arrowcroft's first foray into the Liverpool office market since their mixed-use restoration of Albert Dock.
