The first £1.5 million penthouses in the north west sold at Liverpool’s Unity project

Developer Rumford Investments has announced the sale of all six of the luxury penthouses within its landmark Unity development in Liverpool including the two £1.5 million penthouses within ‘The Pod’.
The penthouses went on sale in November 2007 following a lavish launch event at which two of the penthouse sales were agreed.
The ultra modern penthouses offer the ultimate in comfort and luxury and sit on top of the award winning, 27 storey building overlooking Liverpool’s historic waterfront and afford stunning views across the River Mersey and the Liverpool cityscape.
