Topbanana at 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool

Visitors to the reception at Rumford Developments’ 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool were yesterday treated to a preview of ‘Topbanana’ the latest Superlambanana to be unveiled in the city.
Designed by Finch, Topbanana reflects Liverpool’s emerging new business chic of the power dressed professional and sports a pinstripe suit, designer tie and socks, specs (he doesn’t have shades) and a personalised briefcase.
The award-winning 20 Chapel Street is home to Bank of Ireland, Barclays, Barclays Wealth, Panmure Gordon, Ernst & Young and Broadway Malyan. Situated on the waterfront on Liverpool’s World Heritage Site, Rumford Investment’s 16 storey 20 Chapel Street tower was completed in 2007 and supplies the City with 150,000 sq ft of high quality, Grade A office space.
Topbanana will be permanently joining its fellow business professionals at 20 Chapel Street from 16 June 2008 where it will reside in the lobby.
