Stanley Grange, Knowsley official launch

A formal launch event took place this morning at the Stanley Grange office development on Lord Derby’s Knowsley Estate.
The breakfast event held in the award nominated complex that comprises converted Grade II listed former Victorian farm buildings, was attended by thirty office agents from across the region.
The event was held to formally mark the ongoing success of the development..
Although Stanley Grange is situated just minutes from the M57 it enjoys a stunning rural setting that centre’s around a communal courtyard with a central dovecote. The development is home to Mitie, Cybertill, Parry & Co. Solicitors and Gleeson Regeneration and Homes amongst others.
The high tech, sympathetically converted space is available from 1000 to 5000 sq ft.
Andrew Owen, Partner at sole letting agent Mason Owen said,
