Liverpool based Property First Asset Management have completed on the purchase of a 3.9 acre site on Liverpool International Business Park where they will build and manage Spirit Business Village.
Situated opposite the Speke Marriott Hotel, Spirit Business Village will comprise a total of 200,000 sq ft of high specification serviced and managed office space which when occupied will create up to 1000 new jobs. The development will have a gross development value of £30 million.
Spirit Business Village aspires to set new standards for Grade A office space offering boutique-style surroundings along with services similar to those that could be expected in a 5 Star Hotel. The impressive reception will provide secretarial and virtual office services along with training and conference facilities including private club-style meeting rooms.
