20 August 2008
Central London based Roundtable Management, construction and interiors management specialist John O’Neill & Partners Limited (JONAP) is celebrating this week after successfully securing a hat trick of high profile project wins.
The three newly awarded projects – are worth approximately £12million and include:
- The construction of the new £7m student accommodation block at Vernon Square for Unite and School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). Works will begin on site August 18 08.
- Phase 1 of St John’s Independent School Billericay £4m. JONAP commenced on site last month with completion due in August 2009. This follows on from detailed Pre Construction development undertaken by JONAP since last October to deliver the project to the required Client brief.
- Youth Hostel Association (YHA) £1.3m St Pancras. Preconstruction starts immediately and construction will start on site from October for 12 weeks. This is JONAP’s second project for YHA following the very successful completion of YHA Bolsover St. £3.6m in February 2008.
All of JONAP’s work is done through its “Roundtable” philosophy of project delivery that is based on achieving certainty and risk prior to commencement on site through early preplanning, design management, procurement and value engineering.
As an established client focused construction and management specialist, JONAP has already completed a number of high profile projects for an impressive client list that includes the Conservative Party, the Dorchester Hotel, The National Archives, and the Youth Hostel Association together with a number of Private Clients.
John O’Neill, Executive Chairman of JONAP said:
“We recognise that clients need reliability and a certainty that their projects won’t falter. We listen and understand exactly what the client needs and by using our Roundtable principles we can find the optimum solution for delivery.”
