HW&P Strengthens Its Industrial Team With Appointment Of PropertySpecialist
Liverpool based property agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners (HWP) has announced the appointment of Nick Harrop to head up the Firm's booming industrial department.
As well as heading up Industrial, Harrop's new role at HWP will include specialising in general commercial agency, acquisition, development and investment work. He will also undertake valuations and will advise landlords and tenants on lease renewals and rent reviews.
Harrop was formerly an Associate Director at Mason and Partners, and was in charge of the Business Space Department, responsible for office and industrial agency, investment management and development.
Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, Harrop has worked as a chartered surveyor for nine years. Based in Liverpool, Harrop has gained extensive experience working on projects across all areas of the North West.
Harrop's first instructions in his role as Head of Industrial Agency at HWP will include Aintree Racecourse Business Park, Link Business Park in Huyton, Junction 8 Business Park in Ellesmere Port and Vesty Business Park in Netherton.
